Milbank LLP advised Wind Hellas Telecommunications S.A., one of Greece’s largest telecommunications companies, on the carve-out of its fiber assets into a separate subsidiary, Hellenic Open Fiber, and the related financing that will accelerate the roll-out of the company’s “Fiber-to-the-Home” (FTTH) network in Greece and drive forward the country’s digital transition.
WIND Hellas is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Greece and has established itself as a pioneer in mobile phone technology, being the first telecommunications company in Greece to offer its customers integrated Mobile Telephony, Fixed Telephony & Internet services.
