Milbank LLP represented Natixis in the construction financing by Solek of a 110 MW PMGD solar portfolio of PMGD projects located in Chile.
The Milbank deal team was led by Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance partner Jaime Ramirez and included associates Geoff Butterworth and Victoria Xie.
