Milbank Singapore-based partner Jacqueline Chan participated in a panel discussion focused on “Key Lessons from Recent Asian Restructurings” at an event co-hosted by REDD Intelligence and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) on May 31 in Singapore.
Ms. Chan, joined by panelists from AZB & Partners, Deloitte Singapore and Houlihan Lokey, discussed key takeaways from the recent restructurings in Asia, focusing on China, India, Indonesia and Singapore.
Regularly recognized as an exceptional leader and dealmaker by key industry publications, Ms. Chan advises on many of the most innovative, cutting-edge M&A and corporate finance transactions in the Asia region. She was named among Asia’s Top 15 Female Lawyers in 2022 by Asian Legal Business.
