Yeshim O’Donnell

Primary Focus & Experience

Ms. O’Donnell focuses her practice on developing, implementing and administering a wide variety of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning techniques for individuals and families.  Her practice concentrates on estate planning and business succession planning for owners of family-owned businesses, encompassing a wide range of industries. Her practice also includes representation of fiduciaries of estates and trusts, administering complex estates and trusts, resolving contested matters and representing clients in estate and gift tax audits.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Ms. O’Donnell received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, and her B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
