Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Kukreja's practice includes a wide range of transactions for clients primarily in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, in which he represents sponsors and lenders or investors in the development, financing and acquisition of energy generation projects.
In addition, he has advised leading investment banks and commercial banks in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, high-yield bond offerings, syndicated institutional loans and tender offers in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations and other financing transactions.
