Mr. Haltom’s practice focuses on the representation of project sponsors and financial institutions on a range of project development, financing and mergers & acquisitions transactions across the energy and power sectors.
His recent representations include:
- The Lenders in connection with the financing of Apex Clean Energy’s 126MW wind project in Maine.
- The Lenders in connection with the $150 million initial financing and subsequent $100 million upsizing of a portfolio of solar projects in North America.
- The sponsor in connection with the $250 million financing of a portfolio of solar projects in Chile operating under Chile’s PMGD regime.
- The Lenders in connection with the construction financing of the Woodfibre LNG project in British Columbia, Canada.
- SUSI Partners, as sponsor, in connection with the financing of a 107MW portfolio of solar projects in Chile operating under Chile’s PMGD regime.
- The Lenders in connection with the with the financing of the acquisition by Energos Infrastructure of two Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRUs) from affiliates of Dynagas.
- Third Coast as sponsor in connection with the acquisition financing of a minority interest in an oil spar in the Gulf of Mexico.
- The Lenders in connection with the financing of a portfolio of more than 2000 cellular towers across North America.
