Travis Haltom is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Group.

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Haltom’s practice focuses on the representation of project sponsors and financial institutions on a range of project development, financing and mergers & acquisitions transactions across the energy and power sectors.

His recent representations include:

  • The lenders in connection with the approximately $1 billion project financing of a hyperscale datacenter in Maryland.
  • Rowan Digital Infrastructure in connection with the $1.2 billion project financing of its hyperscale datacenter campus in Maryland.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of a 200MW wind project in Illinois. 
  • The sponsor in connection with the project financing of a battery energy storage system on Staten Island, New York.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of a 189MW wind project in North Carolina.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of a 150MW solar project in Michigan.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of Apex Clean Energy’s 126MW wind project in Maine.
  • The lenders in connection with the $150 million initial financing and subsequent $100 million upsizing of a portfolio of solar projects in North America.
  • The sponsor in connection with the $250 million financing of a portfolio of solar projects in Chile operating under Chile’s PMGD regime.
  • The lenders in connection with the construction financing of the Woodfibre LNG project in British Columbia, Canada.
  • SUSI Partners, as sponsor, in connection with the financing of a 107MW portfolio of solar projects in Chile operating under Chile’s PMGD regime.
  • The lenders in connection with the with the financing of the acquisition by Energos Infrastructure of two Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRUs) from affiliates of Dynagas.
  • Third Coast as sponsor in connection with the acquisition financing of a minority interest in an oil spar in the Gulf of Mexico.
  • The lenders in connection with the financing of a portfolio of more than 2000 cellular towers across North America.
