Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Statucki has experience addressing complex legal issues in securities and financial services law. She previously worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission, serving as a Senior Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel and most recently, as a Senior Counsel in the Office of International Affairs. Prior to government service, she was an associate at another international law firm. Ms. Statucki is also currently an adjunct professor at the George Washington University Law School.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Statucki received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the George Washington University Law School, where she was a Managing Editor for The George Washington Law Review. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Reno. Ms. Statucki also received a certificate in Securities & Financial Regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center and SEC University.
