Primary Focus & Experience
As a member of Milbank’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice, Ms. Ilagan works on matters at all levels of the federal judiciary, including the Supreme Court. She has experience litigating across a wide range of issues, including constitutional, administrative, and intellectual property.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Ilagan received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A., with the highest distinction, from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. At Harvard Law, she was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Milbank, she was an associate at another leading law firm and served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas L. Kirsch II of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
