- National CineMedia (NASDAQ: NCMI) in its successful chapter 11 cases filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, which The M&A Advisor shortlisted for “Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (over $1 billion)” and “Restructuring Deal of the Year ($1 - $5 billion)”
- Representation on a pro bono basis of the families of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting as creditors of Alex Jones, host of InfoWars, and his company, Free Speech Systems, LLC, in their cases filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas
- An ad hoc group of creditors of a multinational specialty beauty company in connection with its restructuring efforts
- An ad hoc group of creditors of a multinational satellite television and IPTV company in connection with its restructuring efforts
- An ad hoc group of term lenders to Tosca Services in connection with a $100 million super-priority new money and $600 million uptier refinancing transaction
- An ad hoc group of senior lenders to Sinclair Broadcast Group (NASDAQ: SBGI) in connection with a comprehensive agreement to support the recapitalization and refinancing of more than $4.25 billion of the company’s funded third-party indebtedness
