Nickta Hoss’ practice focuses on renewable energy and infrastructure project financings, representing lenders, investors and other project participants.
Representative Transactions
- Construction financing and letter-of-credit facility with respect to an approximately 200 MW wind generation facility located in Oklahoma.
- Construction financing and letter-of-credit facility with respect to an approximately 290 MW wind generation facility located in Oklahoma.
- Payoff of existing construction loans and related swap terminations of approximately $850 million in connection with a water pipeline in Texas.
- Tax equity financing with respect to a portfolio of C&I solar systems located throughout the United States.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Hoss received her J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Hoss earned her B.S. in Cognitive Science and B.A. in Political Science magna cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles.
