Moses Farzan Nekou is an associate in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Farzan Nekou advises issuers, financial institutions, investors and other market participants on a wide variety of matters related to capital markets transactions, instruments and regulations. He has extensive experience with a range of securities, including high-yield and investment-grade debt, preferred and common equity, hybrid securities and derivatives.
Mr. Farzan Nekou has worked on a variety of transaction types, such as initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements, liability management transactions and out-of-court and in-court restructurings. He also regularly advises companies regarding various matters, including corporate governance, SEC regulations and reporting obligations.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Farzan Nekou received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Harvard Business Law Review and 1L Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.
