Madalena de Abreu has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with specific experience in private M&A transactions, including both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, as well as complex re-organisations, joint ventures and corporate governance for publicly listed companies. She has advised on transactions covering a wide range of sectors, including tech, retail, manufacturing and infrastructure.

Select highlights of her transactions include:

• Limerston Capital on its acquisition of the “Stability Storage” business unit, renamed Astoriom, from the Source BioScience group.
• the restructuring of Haya’s 350M senior secured notes due 2025 in connection with its sale of Haya Real Estate to Intrum Holding Spain, S.A.U.
• Qualco and Astrobank on the Sale and Purchase of Qualco’s Stake in QQuant.
