Primary Focus & Experience

Lucy's practice focuses on corporate aspects of private equity transactions. Lucy has experience of various forms of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts (primary and secondary), minority investing, portfolio company bolt-on acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and management incentivization.

Lucy has recently represented:

• Universal Partners and other selling shareholders on the sale of Dentex Healthcare Group*
• The management team of HKA Group on the sale of HKA Group to PAI Partners*
• ICG on its acquisition of the British and Irish Modern Music Institute*
• The founders and controlling shareholders of Third Bridge on a significant majority investment by Astorg*
