Primary Focus & Experience
Lauren Knoke focuses her practice on complex civil and criminal antitrust lawsuits and government investigations. Mrs. Knoke has experience advising clients on a broad range of antitrust issues, including monopolization, exclusive dealing, price fixing, bid rigging, and other alleged antitrust law violations. Mrs. Knoke also advises clients responding to civil investigative demands and works on premerger notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
