Ms. Doyle regularly represents companies, creditors’ committees, lenders and other strategic parties in chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings in the US and globally. She has extensive experience representing clients across the capital structure, negotiating restructuring plans, sales, DIP financings, Exit Financing, and cross-border transactions. Her engagements have ranged across a wide array of industries, including energy, telecom, satellite, shipping, chemicals, paper, aviation, financial services, automotive, consumer goods and retail.

Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Doyle has been a featured panelist at national conferences on topics involving distressed situations and is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization Committee. Ms. Doyle has been recognized by Lawdragon as one of the 500 Leading Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers of 2023, and by Legal Media Group's 2022 Expert Guides as one of the Top Women in Business Law in the area of Restructuring & Insolvency. She has been on Benchmark Litigation’s “40 under 40 Hot List” for the last 3 years and recognized on the shortlist for Euromoney’s Women in Business Law Awards for “Best in Restructuring & Insolvency”. In 2019, Ms. Doyle was named an Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds & Workouts.
Ms. Doyle recently co-authored an article for the 2019/20 edition of the International Insolvency & Restructuring Report, titled “Cross-border restructuring in the US: Chapter 15 approval of third-party releases granted in foreign proceedings.”
In 2018, Ms. Doyle was named to The American Lawyer’s Young Lawyer Editorial Board.
In 2013, she was selected by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges to be part of their Next Generation program.
