Lara is specialized in acquisition finance, other non-recourse financings, corporate loans and general syndicated lending.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Lara studied law at the universities of Frankfurt (Germany) and Milano (Italy) with a focus on economic law. As part of her training, she gained practical experience at international law firms in Germany as well as at Milbank in Frankfurt.
She is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English and Italian.
