Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Alekseyeva focuses on appellate litigation and complex dispositive motions. She has briefed cases at every level of the federal judiciary, including before the Supreme Court. Her practice spans a wide range of issues, including administrative, health care, antitrust, constitutional, and criminal law. Ms. Alekseyeva also advises trial teams on appellate strategy and issue preservation. She maintains a robust pro bono practice.

Kristina clerked for Judge Henry F. Floyd of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge Ann M. Donnelly of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to joining Milbank, she was a senior associate at another leading law firm.
