Kate has experience across a broad range of cross-border corporate matters, including acting for institutional investors, corporates and portfolio companies on a variety of acquisitions, disposals and other general corporate advisory matters.
Prior to joining Milbank, Kate trained and qualified at the London office of a major US law firm.
