Karoline König is a Special Counsel in the Frankfurt Office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities Group.

Primary Focus & Experience
She has more than a decade of experience in advising issuers, private equity and venture capital investors, as well as investment banks, in connection with capital markets and public M&A transactions. She has particular expertise in advising clients on SEC registered IPOs on Nasdaq/NYSE and on Frankfurt Stock Exchange listings. A further focus of her practice is advising on cross-border public takeovers, rights offerings, secondary offerings, bond offerings and restructurings, corporate governance and compliance with post listing obligations.

Karoline König studied law at University of Innsbruck (Magistra Iuris and Magistra Philosophiae) and at the Columbia Law School, New York (LL.M.).
Before joining Milbank, she worked for more than 13 years at two leading international law firms in Vienna, New York and Frankfurt. She is admitted to the bar in Germany and the State of New York. She speaks German and English.
