Jordan represents a broad range of private equity firms, financial sponsors, and other stakeholders on complex transactional matters – from private acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, club deals, minority investing and growth equity, through to full, partial, and staged exits. Regularly advising clients across a variety of sectors and geographies, Jordan also has extensive experience of intricate carve-outs, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, stressed and distressed investing, and the application of schemes of arrangement in a private equity setting.

• Stirling Square Capital Partners on the sale of Outcomes First Group to TPG Rise.
• The founders and controlling shareholders of Acturis on a significant minority investment by Astorg.
• Charterhouse Capital Partners on the sale of SLR Consulting to Ares*.
• Vitruvian Partners on the sale of IFGL to Cinven*.
• Compass Partners on the sale of Infinitas Learning to NPM Capital*.
• Vitruvian Partners on its co-investment in CFC Underwriting alongside EQT*.
• PA Consulting on its novel private equity-style partnership with Jacobs Solutions Inc.*.
• Actis on its assumption of management rights in numerous Abraaj funds, including Abraaj Private Equity Fund IV, a global buyout fund, and Abraaj Africa Fund III, a fund for investment in sub-Saharan Africa*.
• Compass Partners on its multi-jurisdictional secondary direct portfolio acquisition from Bridgepoint*.
• Actis on its acquisition of Standard Chartered Bank’s Principal Finance Real Estate business in Asia*.
