Jordan represents a broad range of private equity firms, financial sponsors, and other stakeholders on complex transactional matters – from private acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, club deals, minority investing and growth equity, through to full, partial, and staged exits. Regularly advising clients across a variety of sectors and geographies, Jordan also has extensive experience of intricate carve-outs, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, stressed and distressed investing, and the application of schemes of arrangement in a private equity setting.
