John’s practice focuses on structured financial transactions for energy project developers, investors and lenders. Throughout his career, he has handled solar, wind, battery storage, fuel cell and gas-fired projects.
John founded Pedal Steel Solar, a utility-scale solar and battery storage development company. He was also previously a project finance attorney at other international law firms.
