Jillian Ran is an associate in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities Group.

Ms. Ran received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and her B.A. in economics from Boston College.
