- Clearway Energy Operating LLC – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the upsized $250 million offering of additional “green bond” senior notes.
- Collegium Pharmaceutical – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the upsized $210 million convertible senior notes offering.
- Dole – represented the underwriters in connection with the $400 million initial public offering.
- Dragoneer Investment Group – represented Dragoneer in connection with the $150 million strategic investment into Arco.

- Evotec SE – represented the underwriters in connection with the public offering of American depositary shares.
- Heartland Dental LLC – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the offering of $535 million senior secured notes.
- Lumentum Holdings Inc. – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $750 million convertible senior notes offering and the upsized $603.45 million convertible notes offering.
- Peloton – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $1 billion convertible senior notes offering.
- Snap – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $1 billion convertible senior notes offering and the upsized $1.3 billion convertible senior notes offering.
- Southeastern Grocers, Inc. – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $325 million senior secured notes offering.
- Squarespace – represented the financial advisers in connection with the direct listing, the initial purchasers in connection with the secondary offering and the initial purchasers in connection with the block trade of class A common stock.
- Sterling Check Corp. – represented the underwriters in connection with the initial public offering.
- Tenet Healthcare Corporation – represented the initial purchasers in connection with the private offering of $1.35 billion senior secured notes.
