Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Perlman earned his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center, achieving magna cum laude and Order of the Coif honors for graduating in the top 10% of his J.D. class. He was awarded the Sewall Key Prize for best performance in taxation coursework among his J.D. graduating class and also served as the Chief Training Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. Mr. Perlman also earned his LL.M. in Taxation degree from Georgetown University Law Center and was recognized as having graduated “With Distinction”, Georgetown Law’s honor for achieving a high LL.M. GPA.
Mr. Perlman graduated from American University summa cum laude with a B.A. in Journalism and an additional B.A. in Political Science.
