Primary Focus & Experience
Harriet has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with specific experience in advising sponsors, borrowers, lenders and agents on international projects and financings.
A selection of Harriet’s experience includes advising:
- Umicore NV on metal sourcing and processing in relation to the creation of a joint venture with PowerCo SE, the Volkswagen AG battery subsidiary, to establish the first large-scale supply chain for sustainable batteries for electric vehicles in Europe;*
- a Middle Eastern project developer on its divestment of interests in solar and wind farms;*
- Tullow Oil plc on the sale of its entire stake in the Lake Albert Development Project in Uganda to Total;*
- Emirates Central Cooling Services Corporation on its acquisition of 19 district cooling assets from Nakheel PJSC;*
- Phoenix Towers International on the financing of various acquisitions of mobile infrastructure assets in Europe;*
- Infracapital and GB Railfreight in relation to their common terms holdco platform refinancing;*
- Community Fibre on its approximately £1billion financing for the purpose of funding its fibre roll out;* and
- a club of European lenders on the approximately €400 million financing by Valokuitunen (a joint venture between Capman Infra and Telia) for the purpose of funding its fibre rollout in Finland.*
