Primary Focus & Experience
Hannah has experience acting for a variety of stakeholders including directors, debtors, creditors and insolvency practitioners on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters.
A selection of Hannah’s experience includes advising:
- Yunneng Wind Power Co. Ltd., a Taiwanese wind farm project company, on the use of an English law restructuring plan (the first by a Taiwanese company) to implement a recapitalisation and restructuring of c. €2.9 billion of financial debt*
- Haya Real Estate on its recapitalisation, including a debt for equity swap using and English law scheme of arrangement and Spanish law homologación judicial*
- The joint administrators and CVA supervisors of a property holding company in the Arcadia Group, which owned the flagship Topshop on Oxford Street on the sale of assets through a novel combination of administration, CVA and a receivership share sale*
- The PizzaExpress Group on its CVA and wider financial restructuring*
- The joint administrators of the Nortel EMEA business in respect of pan-European CVAs and liquidations*
