Primary Focus & Experience
Gary's practice focusses on financial regulatory matters. He advises on a broad range of financial services regulations, including the interpretation of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, related statutory instruments and FCA Rules. Gary also advises regulated and non-regulated clients on regulatory compliance matters, including change in control applications, authorization and regulatory perimeter issues, appointed representative arrangements and the senior managers regime.
