Francisco regularly represents buyers, sellers, targets, investors, boards of directors and special committees in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, equity investments, joint-ventures and other corporate transactions. Francisco’s clients include public and private companies, private equity firms, asset managers and hedge funds. Francisco has experience on a broad range of industries, including energy and infrastructure, industrials and manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, healthcare, financial services and retail.

- Saavi Energía on its acquisition of the La Lucha Power Plant, a 130 MW solar photovoltaic power facility located in Mexico, from Northland Power.
- Werfen on its $2 billion acquisition of Immucor from TPG.
- Starboard Partners on its acquisition of a 38% equity stake in Gas Trans Boliviano (GTB) from EIG.
- Cementos Progreso on its $340 million acquisition of Cemex’s operations in Costa Rica and El Salvador.
- Cencosud on its acquisition of a 67% equity stake in The Fresh Market from Apollo Global Management in a transaction valuing the company at $1.5 billion.

Recognition & Accomplishments
Francisco obtained his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law, where he received the Arthur T. Vanderbilt scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship awarded on the basis of outstanding academic merit. Francisco obtained his Abogado degree from University of Buenos Aires School of Law, where he was designated as abanderado (graduation standard-bearer) on the basis of outstanding academic merit.
