Federica Venegoni

Primary Focus & Experience

Federica focuses mainly on international capital markets and finance transactions, including high yield bonds, equity capital markets, and cross-border securities offerings across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions. She advises and represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters.

Prior to joining Milbank, Federica worked in the M&A and Capital Markets department of a leading international firm in Milan, where she advised domestic and international clients (including corporate groups, banks and investment funds) in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of national and cross-border acquisitions and extraordinary financial transactions.
