Federica Venegoni is an associate in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s European Leveraged Finance/Capital Markets Group.
Federica is currently on secondment to Sona Asset Management (UK) LLP in its London office negotiating, structuring and executing private credit and bespoke special situations transactions across the capital structure.
Federica focuses mainly on international capital markets and finance transactions, including high yield bonds, equity capital markets, and cross-border securities offerings across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions. She advises and represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters.
Prior to joining Milbank, Federica worked in the M&A and Capital Markets department of a leading international firm in Milan, where she advised domestic and international clients (including corporate groups, banks and investment funds) in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of national and cross-border acquisitions and extraordinary financial transactions.
