Evan Roberts is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate/M&A Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Roberts concentrates his practice in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities and corporate governance. He represents buyers, sellers, and private equity funds and other investors in a variety of corporate transactions, including complex business arrangements, public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, restructurings and recapitalizations.
His experience spans a wide range of industries including consumer products, energy and infrastructure, industrials and manufacturing, healthcare, technology, international franchises and financial services.
Representative clients include Brentwood Associates, Cerberus Capital Management, Clearlake Capital Group, Fortress Investment Group, Industrial Growth Partners, KKR, Knox Lane, Lovell Minnick Partners, TPG Growth, Transom Capital Partners and Vector Capital.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Roberts received his B.A. from University of Washington and his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was the Submissions Editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
