Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Ganchrow represents major investment banks, institutional lenders and private equity firms in origination, modification and workout of mortgage loans and mezzanine loans, as well as secondary market transactions and the acquisition and sale of all debt tranches, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and participations. Mr. Ganchrow also advises clients in connection with real estate M&A transactions and joint ventures.
