Primary Focus and Experience
Ms. Tapia's practice includes a wide range of transactions for clients primarily in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, in which she represents sponsors and lenders or investors in the development, financing and acquisition of energy generation projects.
In addition, she has advised on private debt, equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She has advised both multi-national and local companies on domestic and cross border transactions between Latin America and the United States.
Ms. Tapia is a native Spanish speaker and is also admitted to the bar in the Republic of Chile.
