Mr. McCarthy served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. James L. Garrity, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Previously, he served as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Joseph F. Bianco of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. McCarthy has co-authored articles published in the Norton Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice and The Federal Lawyer.
