Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Zhang’s practice includes intellectual property litigation and transactional work, as well as commercial litigation involving employment law and financial industry regulations. Prior to law school, Mr. Zhang worked as a web and mobile software developer for over a decade. He has extensive experience in web payment, e-commerce, mobile data collection, advertising, geo-spatial analysis, and educational software systems.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Zhang received his B.S. in Computer Science from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated first in his class. He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Penn Technology, Intellectual Property and Privacy Report, President of Penn Intellectual Property Group, Vice President of the Wharton Biotech Group, and Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change. During law school, Mr. Zhang served as a judicial extern for Judge Leonard P. Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
