Primary Focus & Experience
He advises companies on capital market transactions and public takeovers as well as on general capital market, securities and corporate law matters.
His advice includes the reorganization of companies pre-IPO and the optimization of their corporate governance structures. He advises listed companies, their management and supervisory boards on corporate governance matters and post-IPO obligations.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Christian Kolb studied law at King's College London (LL.B.), at the Humboldt University in Berlin (First State Exam) and at the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M.). He completed his legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court. As part of his training, he gained practical experience at international law firms in Hamburg, Frankfurt and London.
He is admitted to the bar in Germany and the State of New York and speaks German and English.
