Bradley Pearson

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Pearson represents lessors, operators, financial institutions, issuers and underwriters in a wide range of international transactions in the aviation and transportation finance sectors, including acquisitions and dispositions of assets and companies owning or leasing assets, secured and unsecured bank lending, domestic and cross-border leasing, aircraft portfolio securitizations, structured financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Pearson also has extensive experience in both public and private capital markets transactions, including securities offerings for public issuers (PIPE, CMPO, RDO, ATM, and related structures) as well as private placement and asset-backed securities offerings (ABS).

Prior to his current role at Milbank, Mr. Pearson served as Deputy General Counsel for an international publicly listed aerospace company and has broad experience advising c-level and board leadership on matters of corporate governance, risk management, dispute resolution, and global compliance.

Mr. Pearson received his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from Amherst College.
