Primary Focus & Experience
His practice focuses on antitrust litigation and merger clearance, as well as litigation and government investigations relating to securities and commodity derivatives.
From 2022-2023, Mr. Blask clerked for the Honorable Raymond Gruender in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Prior to law school, he worked as a research associate in financial regulation and monetary policy at the Cato Institute.

Mr. Blask received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his B.A. in economics, magna cum laude, from Dickinson College. His writing has appeared in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, TIME, Politico, Regulation Magazine, and the Cato Journal.
