Andrew Wells

Primary Focus & Experience

Andrew focuses on international capital markets and finance transactions with a particular emphasis on high yield bonds, equity capital markets, and cross-border securities offerings across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions. He advises and represents issuers, sponsors, and underwriters.

Prior to joining Milbank, Andrew worked at a leading firm in New York City, where he advised clients on a wide range of matters including capital markets transactions, investigations, and litigations.
