Mr. Meirowitz represents sophisticated clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Meirowitz frequently represents banks, private equity firms, investment management firms, sovereign wealth funds, developers, and family offices in their most important transactions across the capital stack, including in connection with the negotiation and structuring of joint venture arrangements, borrower and lender side financings, and purchase and sales.
