Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. King’s practice focuses on the representation of project sponsors and financial institutions on a range of US and cross-border project financings.
Her recent representations include:
- Represented Emerald Storage Holdings LLC in connection with the incremental financing of an amount of $50 million to its existing Revolving Facility, also involving TD Bank entering the financing as a Lender;
- Represented SEACOR in the sale of its US inland river operations and assets to Ingram for a purchase price of $365 million.
- Represented the joint lead arrangers in the negotiation of debt financing commitments in connection with KKR’s bid to acquire Simon & Schuster, as well as in the resulting syndication and closing of an approximately $1 billion term loan facility.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Abigail King earned her juris doctorate summa cum laude from Albany Law School where she served as Executive Editor of Notes & Comments for Albany Law Review.
