• SoftBank Energy in connection with the development, financing and tax equity of a 690 MW portfolio of solar projects in Texas.
• Lenders in connection with the financing of Apex Clean Energy’s 126MW wind project in Maine.
• DSD Renewables, a BlackRock-owned solar C&I platform, in connection with a $250 million preferred equity investment.
• LS Power in connection with its acquisition of 44 hydroelectric projects located throughout the United States from Hull Street Energy.
• LS Power in connection with its acquisition of a 2 GW portfolio of CCGT projects located in Texas from Brazos Electric Power Cooperative.
• LS Power in connection with its acquisition of the 863 MW Hunterstown natural gas project in Pennsylvania from Kestrel Intermediate Holdings LLC, a Platinum Equity subsidiary.
• ArcLight Capital Partners in connection with its sale of a 586 MW CCGT project in California.
• Lenders in connection with the $1.25 billion financing for infrastructure developments at the Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru.
• DSD Renewables, a BlackRock-owned solar C&I platform, in connection with a $250 million minority investment by Cox Enterprises, Inc.
• LS Power in connection with its acquisition of 43 hydroelectric projects located throughout the United States from Hull Street Energy.
• LS Power in connection with its acquisition of a 2 GW portfolio of CCGT projects located in Texas from Brazos Electric Power Cooperative.
• LS Power in connection with its acquisition of the 863 MW Hunterstown CCGT plant in Texas from Kestrel Intermediate Holdings LLC, a Platinum Equity subsidiary.

Mr. Rudyan earned his M.E.M. from Yale University, his J.D. from Pace Law School, and he received his B.Ch.E. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
