Milbank Structured Finance partner Deborah Festa and associate Andrew Keller recently published an article titled “Volcker Rule Amendments: Back to the Future for CLOs?” in the August issue of The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation. The article discusses recent amendments to the Volcker Rule by five federal regulatory agencies and their potential to foster the reemergence of a less homogeneous CLO asset class, both in investment capability and performance among CLO managers.
