Milbank LLP special counsel Mark Padley spoke on the topic of “Key Developments in Competition Enforcement” at the Competition Next Gen Summit 2025. This included recent developments in UK competition and class action litigation and looked forward to what 2025 might have in store. The conference, held in Dublin from February 12-15, 2025, was organized by ThoughtLeaders4 Competition and the agenda can be found here.
The conference was well attended by private practice and in-house lawyers from across Europe, as well as expert economists and representatives from the Competition Appeal Tribunal and regulatory bodies.
