Milbank LLP has been shortlisted for Deal of the Year and Team of the Year at the IFLR Africa Awards 2025, which highlight some of those most notable of those achievements of 2024 from across the African continent.
Milbank’s European Corporate Finance and Securities team has been shortlisted for Capital Markets Deal of the Year for its work advising Boxer Retail Limited and its parent company, Pick N Pay Stores Limited, in connection with Boxer’s initial public offering and Johannesburg Stock Exchange listing. The team has also been nominated for the Capital Markets Team of the Year award.
