NEW YORK, August 2, 2017 – International law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP represented the lead lender in connection with a $300,000,000 term loan credit facility for IBG Borrower, LLC, a subsidiary of Iconix Brand Group, Inc., a brand management and licensing company. Proceeds from the facility will be used by IBG Borrower, LLC to repay certain existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
Milbank's Direct Lending team was led by Practice Group Leader Al Pisa and included associates Brian Lee and Jenny Erica Talel.
