Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Sean Murphy will speak on the “Enforcement and Litigation Trends in Investment Management” panel at the Investment Management 2023: Current Issues and Trends program hosted by the Practising Law Institute (“PLI”).
The panel will take place on Wednesday, July 26 and will take an in-depth look at the issues that tend to capture the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) interest most.
