Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Nola Heller has been appointed to the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) White Collar Crime Committee. NYCBA committee members help shape law and public policy, comment and testify on legislation, sponsor continuing legal education and participate in public service projects. Each year, the White Collar Crime Committee hosts a comprehensive full-day White Collar Crime Institute that explores critical developments and features senior government enforcement officials, members of the media and top practitioners in the field.
Ms. Heller is the co-head of Milbank’s White Collar and Investigations Group in New York and has nearly 20 years of experience as a former federal prosecutor and defense attorney. She regularly serves as lead counsel on behalf of global financial institutions, multinational companies, boards and individuals in high-stakes investigations and multimillion-dollar criminal and regulatory enforcement matters.
