Milbank LLP Financial Restructuring partner Michael Price will speak at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program "Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2024: Current Developments” on April 23, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST.
The program will cover current issues relating to bankruptcy and restructurings. It will also explore issues in structured finance, cross-border insolvencies, chapter 15, the latest developments in real estate and healthcare cases, and DIP financing and contested plan issues. The faculty will discuss best practices to be utilized to better protect creditors, and parties in interest, while maximizing value and recoveries.
