Mr. Eid’s practice focuses on securitization, debt capital markets, private placements and structured finance lending transactions. Mr. Eid represents underwriters, issuers, lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other financial institutions in a wide range of capital markets, lending and acquisition financings, particularly in the whole-business, media royalty and digital infrastructure securitization spaces.
The three-day ABS East conference, hosted by Euromoney’s IMN, was a gathering of over 5,000 global structured finance industry professionals, including investors and issuers, offering critical insight into the latest trends and updates on regulatory developments, emerging asset classes, products and geographies.
