Mr. Ganji will discuss sanctions, export controls and national security matters, with a focus on relevant issues that may arise in the context of space and satellite industry project development, financing and strategic transactions.
Based in Washington, DC, Mr. Ganji advises clients operating or investing across borders on compliance and risk management with respect to legal regimes tied to foreign policy and national security, including economic sanctions, export controls, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), national security investment reviews conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), foreign ownership, control and influence rules and anti-boycott laws and regulations. Mr. Ganji represents investment banks, private equity firms, commercial banks and various corporate and institutional actors, including in the aerospace, communications, infrastructure, energy and natural resources industries.
